The hotel's location above La Isla mall is a big plus, offering easy access to shops and restaurants. The rooms were very clean and relaxing, though they lacked proper servicing at times. The service, especially from staff members Carlo, Maggie, David, and Laura, was wonderful, but some other hotel visitors noted poor customer service from certain employees. The dining experience, despite being buffet-style, was satisfying, with a great breakfast selection. The facilities were well-maintained and delightful.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very spacious with a modern design, but the cleaning was subpar, leaving unwashed coffee cups and plates in my sink and the bed unmade. The location was excellent, right next to a shopping mall, but the service was disappointing when we raised concerns about what we paid for.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were huge and beautifully decorated with a lovely view of the lagoon. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The service was a bit disingenuous at times, but overall, I had a pleasant experience. The location was amazing, right in the middle of the La Isla Mall, although there was no beach access, which turned out to be a big plus during the sargazo season. The dining experience was exceptional, and the facilities were top-notch.

The location was great, near the La Isla mall and within walking distance to shops and restaurants, although there was no direct access to the beach. The dining experience, despite being efficient with a buffet setup, fell short of expectations. On the positive side, the facilities were assessable and modern with various amenities available.

The room had a shared door, but overall, it was very clean, very comfortable, and relaxing. Effort was clearly put into the rooms, and they look great. Despite a small complaint about the first night, my stay was quite pleasant.
